Training is one of Iman’s pillars – we know that having well-trained employees is key to offering you qualified personnel.
Imam has its own Training department whose aim is comprehensivelyto increase our internal collaborators’ knowledge, including permanent staff, operating personnel and seconded personnel. This department carries out initial training actions and other continuing training activities for better development and updating.
Every year we draw up a Training Plan to meet employees’ training requirements.
