Training
Training is one of Iman’s pillars – we know that having well-trained employees is key to offering you qualified personnel.
Imam has its own Training department whose aim is comprehensivelyto increase our internal collaborators’ knowledge, including permanent staff, operating personnel and seconded personnel. This department carries out initial training actions and other continuing training activities for better development and updating.
Every year we draw up a Training Plan to meet employees’ training requirements.
The training department has the following general objectives:- Provide training
support to the internal promotion and professional and personal improvement
processes.
- Train those members of
staff whose job is the subject of an official
certification process
- Promote continued
improvement processes for our services.
- The Training Department works closely with the
Workplace Risk and Prevention Department with the common objective of improving and increasing safety at work.
