The Iman companies’ Organisation and Quality Department ensures the monitoring, follow-up and improvement of the services contracted.

In addition, it verifies that the actions of our personnel are in accordance with the requirements expressed by clients.

• Service Inspection Team: an independent team carrying out surprise inspections.
• For emergency situations, on-site assistance from a Quality Inspector within 1 hour.
• 24-hour Customer Care Service, including management of complaints.
• Quality Level Reports in relation to the service provided, with measurable indicators.

The Iman companies have ISO 9001 and 14001 Quality Certificates, the second of these in relation to Environmental Legislation.
